This Komax clear lid Large Tristan Pitcher is exactly what we were looking for! We have a water filtration spout by our kitchen sink and looked for a pitcher to fill with that water and chill in the fridge. I wanted it large enough that it didn’t need to be refilled too often, but not too large/heavy so the kids (ages 10 and up) could use it. This pitcher has been perfect for that purpose! It holds enough to fill about 2 large reusable water bottles or 3-4 regular drinking glasses. As an added bonus, its design (relatively tall with a small base and handle that doesn’t stick out much) means it takes up very little space in the fridge. It just happened to fit the height of my top shelf in the refrigerator (~11 inches) perfectly, so I’m planning to buy an additional one to always have chilled water on hand. Right out of the box, I was impressed with the quality of the plastic. We’ve used it for a couple weeks and it seems very durable. The top lid has a flip spout that makes pouring very easy. Also the lid comes off easily to refill, but remains secure when attached. Very happy with this purchase! Note: I originally ordered both the pitcher with the clear lid and orange lid (as I was unclear on the distinction between the two). They appear to be the same great quality and design, but the one with the clear lid is about 2 inches taller (the orange lid pitcher I received is just under 9 inches tall and the clear lid pitcher is just under 10 3/4 inches tall). Since the clear one fit in my fridge, I can chill more water with the same “base” space, so I’ve been using that one. The pitcher with the orange lid might be better for smaller children or if the height of your refrigerator shelves is not as high.
