I like the shape of the pad. It fits the lower back and the strap allows me to walk around with pad on.This product is very easy to use. 50 seconds in my microwave, strap it on and it’s good for about 25 minutes of relief. Repeat. Good for tense neck muscles and shoulder pain. Wish I’d found it sooner.I have owned this product for exactly one year and I still give it 5 stars! I love the weight of it at night - it's comforting and stays in place. I wasn't a fan of the velcro straps so after about 4 months I just cut them off; the product was too heavy to keep it tight across my back and the hook and loop kept getting caught on my clothes. I happen to love the smell - I didn't at first, but then it came to represent the smell of relief [it is less intense after the first few months]. I use it when the pain takes over - I warm it up for 90 seconds in my 1000 Watt micro and have a little sit down and rest - it's amazing the difference it makes. Usually need to run it another minute after about 1/2 hour of use. Also works on the nerve pain that runs down the front of my thighs! I wish I had made a pillow case for it in the beginning; it's now kind of stained and grungy looking and it can't be washed.I had one of these for years, the kind with 2 handles. I was attracted to this mainly because of the strap and I really love that feature. I wish the instructions were clearer about how much time in the microwave based on wattage - it didn't seem to be warm enough at 2 minutes in mine. I can't complain about size because it is clear in the description what size it is but I do think it could be a little less expensive. I'd encourage you to try it considering you can return it if you don't like it. I will likely keep mine.Warm, moist heat. Far better than medi-beadsI use this product for lower back arthritis pain and morning stiffness.1st thing after getting up in the morning I heat the pad for 2 Min. in the Microwave and tie it around my body to target my lower back muscles, leave it on for 1/2 hour. This warms the muscles and they become much more adaptable for movements scubas bending and stretching, and he Arthritis morning stiffness in the back is gone.I love the design of this product and it's very comfortable, but it just doesn't stay warm after 10-12 minutes. Very disappointing.Great for the hips, warms up quickly, and reliable flexability in the fabric.Since getting my first one my mum, my sisters and my mum again for her cousin overseas has taken each one I buy. I've had to get 5 in total to finally have one for myself. I think that says it all.Is fantastic for cramps. I can wear it underneath of a jumper and covers all by belly. Super comfortable. I'm really happy with the product. Just to mins on the micro and ready to go. The best of it is that I don't need to hold it while I go around on the house. The only negative thing is that it needs to be warm more often (comparing to a hotwater bag)cos the heat goes away after an hour of time but it takes really little time to warm it up. Defo I recommend it.Great product.if you suffer from lover back pain. Have used it twice now and really found it helps soothes and loosen up any tight crampy feeling in muscles. Easy to use too. Just pop into microwave for 90 seconds and wrap around lower back over clothes. I can walk around with it on hands free as it secures with Velcro. Definitely recommend this if you suffer from any muscle or joint pain.This heat pad is brilliant because you can wrap it round your body and it will stay in position whilst walking around because of the Velcro fastening. Stays hot for a long time and does what it's supposed to do Definitely recommend.Very bulky and heavy.Its ok if your sitting down but then you wouldn’t need the belt. Prefer my hot water bottle
