This new quiche pie plate is so perfect for making my recipes, I’ll never use the metal pie pans again. I love the 10-inch size—the contents don’t over flow. I love that I don’t need to make a fluted edge—which often baked too much compared to the contents. My next use of this wonderful pan will be my family’s favorite —Toll House pie dessert, and I expect it to be wonderful.It was my fault for not finding out it was made in China before ordering. Didn't think to look. The dishwasher will clean it so ease of cleaning is a no brainer. Durability, the outside color and inside glaze seems normal, sturdiness seems normal for a heavy dish. I will give it as a gift with a baked pie in it.Excellent quality. Thick. Presents nicely. Would be an excellent gift.A fine finish with great feel.
